BOK FU SELF DEFENSE
A complete system of real world self-defense that will work. Bok Fu (a combination of White Tiger Kung Fu, Kenpo Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, and Kickboxing) will teach you to defend yourself against single or multiple attackers, stand up and ground defenses, offensive techniques, and weapons attacks - a full system for street survival.

KICKBOXING

Our Kickboxing program is based on “real” kickboxing. Unlike cardio-kickboxing, our staff teaches techniques proven in the ring, not on the screen. A high-energy form of conditioning, Kickboxing will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance, but tone and sculpt your body while teaching you effective fighting techniques.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)
The MMA program is designed to teach students the sport and combat applications of MMA. The program combines the throws of Judo, the submissions of Jujitsu, the leverage of Aikido, positioning of Freestyle Wrestling and the striking of Kickboxing.

PROFESSIONAL FIGHTER TRAINING
Our Competition program is an accelerated program for those students who want to take their training to the next level or for current fighters looking to improve their training regemine. We offer Bok Fu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts as well as complete conditioning systems to make sure fighters are ready to face any challenge.
